Last week/this week here's the call run down:

01-09-09 Called, Paula is away from her desk. Left message.

01-12-09 Called, Paula will be in @ 3.

01-12-09 Called, Paula did not come in.

01-13-09, Called, Paula will be in tomorrow.

01-14-09 Called, Paula not it. Left message.

There seems to be a pattern here! Firmly believe the "Paula" is really there, just having the woman who answers the phone screen for any calls relating to a Deposit refund.
